·        Stainless steel as a product is inherently strong and stable, and should provide many years of trouble-free use. Accordingly, Rigging Dimensions Pty Ltd warrants the quality of materials and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of installation, to the extent of making good any defects in such work at its own expense. It should be noted that stainless steel, although highly resistant to corrosion (rust), may still show signs of discoloration if not maintained. This mild ‘tea staining’ can be removed easily, has no detrimental effect on the structural integrity of the balustrade and does not constitute a warranty issue.

 

·        While every effort is made to provide a blemish-free quality finish on its timber works, Rigging Dimensions Pty Ltd warranty does not extend to any deformity on external timber works caused by splits or shrinkage of the timber after installation.
